Prologis Park Ostrava is fully occupied

A new occupier, AT Computers is coming to Prologis Park Ostrava. It has taken up all of the vacant space left by the previous occupier, Brose CZ. The space amounts to approximately 13,600 square metres of storage. As a result, the Park remains fully occupied. Cushman & Wakefield’s Industrial Letting Team facilitated the transaction.

“This is the second large lease in the Ostrava area within a short span of time. The supply of space of such size is limited in the region. AT Computers’ demand came exactly at the same time as the space was vacated, so they could move in immediately. If their requirements had differed, for example, from the technological standard available, they would have had to wait for several months for a new hall to be built,” says Jaroslav Kaizr, Head of the Industrial Letting Team at Cushman & Wakefield in the Czech Republic.

“Almost 30,000 square metres have been leased in the region since the beginning of the year, hence AT Computers’ lease at Prologis park Ostrava accounts for almost one half of the take-up,” adds Mr Kaizr.

AT Computers is one of the largest IT wholesalers operating in the Czech Republic and Slovakia with an annual turnover in excess of CZK 9.5 billion. It is also the largest Czech personal computer manufacturer. Find more information at www.atcomp.cz.
