New construction in ProLogis Park Prague Jirny has begun

ProLogis has begun construction of the distribution centre for Globus in ProLogis Park Prague Jirny . Globus, one of the largest hypermarket chains in the Czech Republic, will use the new 22,350 sq.m. facility as a logistics hub and central office. The planned delivery is in Q4 2011.

Cushman & Wakefield has played a leading role in the transaction.
