Transkam in Tulipan Park Hostivice
TRANSKAM, a Czech logistics company, has taken the last free unit in the Tulipan Park in Hostivice west of Prague. It will provide logistics services to its clients in a warehouse with an area of almost 6,000 sq m. Transkam moved into the new premises earlier this week.
Cushman & Wakefield, a real estate consultancy, has contributed to the lease of the remaining free space.
TRANSKAM has leased a warehousing unit in Hall E, which meets the requirements for a large number of hydraulic ramps. The clear height of the hall is 10.8 m, and combined with the favourable column grid it makes it possible to optimise the rack system. In the Tulipan Park, SEGRO has offered tenants areas that respond to their discerning technical requirements. This is also one of the reasons why the Tulipan Park is fully occupied now.
The moving in of TRANSKAM marks the completion of the current stage of Tulipan Park Prague with its total lettable space of approx. 71,000 sq m. SEGRO’s plan for expansion will stretch to the north of the already leased areas in Tulipan Park, around the R6 expressway with a slip road leading directly to the premises. Thus, new lucrative space will be developed on approximately 50 hectares of industrial land at the final stage.
