Our industrial team has recently closed a major deal in CTPark Brno South.
CCI Valve Technology, a producer of valves for use in the power, oil, gas pulp and paper industries, starts production in a new facility as of June.
CCI leased approx. 16,000 sq.m. in this new facility. For this project CCI was considering different locations within the Central European region.
