C&W voted the Industrial Agent of the Year 2008

As has become a tradition, CzechInvest together with the Association for Foreign Investment (AFI) have organised the 9th edition of the Business Property of the Year 2008 competition. The results were officially unveiled on 19 November on the industrial-style premises of DOX Centre for Contemporary Art in Prague’s Holešovice, which was created by the regeneration of a derelict factory.
In addition to the traditional categories such as the Industrial Zone of the Year, the Brownfield of the Year, the Science & Technology Property of the Year, the Industrial Park of the year, and the Manager of the Year, this year’s edition featured a new category for the Industrial Agent of the Year.

Ferdinand Hlobil a Jaroslav Kaizr took the award for the best Industrial agent of the yaer 2008.

The award was bestowed upon Cushman & Wakefield’s industrial team, which last year mediated the greatest number of prime and successfully completed lease and acquisition transactions with investors from the fields of processing industry, repair centres, shared services centres, and R&D centres.
