Market statistics provide the basic overview of the development in the market for prime A-class industrial property in the Czech Republic and Central and Eastern European countries.
We monitor all existing and future development projects, their success, and market position. The principal indicators measuring this development include:

WAREHOUSE REAL ESTATE TAKE-UP
Sum of warehousing space in m², which was let and handed over to tenants in the reviewed period. We provide quarterly figures in this respect.
These forms of lease include new leases, tenant expansions, and lease renewals.

NEW SUPPLY
Sum of newly built and approved prime space in m² for the reviewed period. We provide quarterly figures in this respect.

VACANCY RATE
Vacancy rate is the ratio of all vacant warehousing space and the sum of the total prime industrial space in the country as of the defined date.

TOTAL MODERN SPACE
Sum of all modern, A class industrial space in m² on the reviewed territory.
